If a product needs to be substituted, OrchiRose Florist will spend similar or higher value on the products.
In this case we always try to make our products match the photos. But in the current situation, we may face a shortage of flowers and crops. In this case, we will use products with similar or higher quality and value.
We receive fresh flowers every morning.
Sometimes we are unable to match the colour and certain flower requests due to seasonal variety and availability.
In order to enjoy the beauty and longevity of the flowers more, we will usually deliver them as buds so that you can enjoy them more in terms of time.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, Please contact us instantly if in the rare cases, your product is damaged on the delivery, your order is mistaken or if the quality of your product is not up to our standards and you have proof of purchase, you have a choice of a reorder or a refund.
We are not responsible for stolen goods, for example we are instructed to leave the arrangement on the doorstep. Refunds will also not be issued if for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
OrchiRose Florist is unable to provide refunds for delivery if you placed an incorrect address and may you charge for re_delivery.

Cut flowers bunch and bouquet needs re_cut stems every two days, regularly changing water every day and adding flower food if needed, stored in a cool place away from direct air-conditioning, sunlight, drafts, smoke and fruit.
